General Information

This expanding family business was established in 1989, it's reputation being built up by recommendation.

The sole owner Trevor Brain, is personally involved in every aspect of the work, assisted by a small , friendly and reliable staff.

All shampooing is preceded by dry extraction of dirt, grit and animal hairs.  A pre-spray consisting of traffic lane cleaners and synthetic enzymes, assists in the removal of tar, tea, gum, coffee and various protein stains such as food.

The main shampoo machine is then used to spray shampoo mixture into the carpet while a brush agitates the pile and removes the dirt.  The dirty water is then drawn up into the tank leaving the carpet clean.  The use of this method means that the carpet is not saturated.  It normally  dries quickly allowing use of the room again with little disruption to your business or home.

We also undertake the maintenance of communal areas in apartment blocks.  This involves weekly vacuuming, polishing individual front doors and cleaning of internal paintwork, windowsills and glass.  A monthly window cleaning service is also available.  


Builders Cleans

Another aspect of our work is carrying out builders cleans for construction companies  on newly built properties.

  • Excess plaster and cement is scraped from floors.
  • Paint splashes are removed from radiators, all windows and glass.
  • All surfaces, cupboards, worktops and skirting boards and vacuumed prior to washing down.
  • All power points are cleared of paint then cleaned.
  • Baths, showers, handbasins, sinks and toilets are cleaned and sanitised.

After finishing touches by the builder, a sparkle-clean is carried out.  This is designed to give a final polish to all porcelain, stainless steel and glass leaving the property ready for the new occupants to move in.
